The guys in the band refer to the house they are staying in as Hotel California despite the fact that there are no drugs (because of Alan’s new found sobriety) or boys named Ben (though there are a lot of girls roaming around.) This also happens to have been the first album I ever owned. My brother gave it to me for my 8th birthday.
