On one very memorable trip to the Philippines, my room was robbed and my then husband’s passport was stolen so we had to make a trip to the US Embassy for a replacement. No, we weren’t there when Arnel was and if we had been, we wouldn’t have been in the same area, but it did make me laugh when I saw this video and there was the US Embassy in Manila where I had been on one of the most stressful days of my life.
